Feast Day of St. Parthenios, Bishop of Lampsacos- Feast Day of St. Parthenios, Bishop of Lampsacos- Patron saint of cancer patients. Wednesday the 7th of February Matins & Divine Liturgy 7.15 a.m till 9.30 a.m At the end of the Divine Liturgy, the prayers of St. Parthenios will be read for all our loved ones who are suffering from cancer. St. Pathenios bless, protect and heal all those who are suffering from cancer!
His Grace Bishop Christodoulos of Magnesia assiste His Grace Bishop Christodoulos of Magnesia assisted by Deacon Socrates, served the Agiasmos service for the start of the St. Elesa Food Initiative for 2024. His Grace welcomed existing and new volunteers and thanked them on behalf of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia for their ongoing assistance throughout the year. Food and refreshments were kindly provided by the Ladies Philoptohos at the end of the event. We encourage all of our parishioners to embrace the St Elesa Food Initiative either by volunteering their services, sponsoring us financially or through food donations.
