Seniors Group

Friendship, faith, and fellowship in every season of life.

The Seniors Group at the Greek Orthodox Parish and Community of Kogarah & District provides a welcoming space for older members of our community to stay connected, active, and spiritually nourished. The groups have access to guest speakers with relevant information of interest and excursions.

The community supports the Greek Welfare Centre in hosting these events weekly at Hermes Lounge in the Community Hall. They are held each Thursday from 10.00am – 12.00pm.

Rooted in the values of Orthodox faith and love for one another, the group offers not only meaningful friendships but also a strong sense of belonging. It is a wonderful way for seniors to share stories, support each other, and continue to play an active role in the life of the Church.

We warmly welcome new members to join us—whether for a cup of coffee, a community event, or a heartfelt conversation.
